Estimated duration
Mt. Fuji & Kawaguchiko is 9–10 hours. Mt. Fuji & Hakone is 10–11 hours. Both are door to door and include the drive from central Tokyo.
Pickup area
Any hotel or address within the 23 wards of central Tokyo. Pickup starts at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 — we recommend an earlier start to stay ahead of weekend traffic.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start time for a full refund. Within 48 hours, 50% applies; no-shows are charged in full. Weather-related changes to Mt. Fuji itineraries are always rearranged free of charge.
Accessibility
Our vehicles are private and door-to-door, with space for folding wheelchairs and walkers. Child seats are available on request at no extra cost. Tell us about mobility, hearing, dietary, or sensory needs and we will plan a comfortable pace.
