HND domestic and international terminals to any central Tokyo address. Typically 30 to 60 minutes.

Arrivals
Your driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a Sakura Routes name board. Free waiting time of 60 minutes after landing at Narita and 45 minutes at Haneda covers immigration and baggage claim.
Departures
We recommend a pickup time based on your flight, terminal, and the day's traffic, then collect you from your hotel lobby and see your luggage to the check-in counter.
Luggage assistance
Your driver loads and unloads every bag, including oversized suitcases, strollers, golf bags, and ski gear. Tell us your luggage count when booking and we assign the right vehicle.

Estimated duration
Haneda 30–60 minutes · Narita 90–120 minutes. We build in a buffer for departures so you are never rushed.
Pickup area
Narita Terminals 1, 2, and 3; Haneda Terminals 1, 2, and 3; and any address within the 23 wards of central Tokyo.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start time for a full refund. Within 48 hours, 50% applies; no-shows are charged in full. Weather-related changes to Mt. Fuji itineraries are always rearranged free of charge.
Accessibility
Our vehicles are private and door-to-door, with space for folding wheelchairs and walkers. Child seats are available on request at no extra cost. Tell us about mobility, hearing, dietary, or sensory needs and we will plan a comfortable pace.
