Pickup area
Any hotel, residence, or station in the 23 wards of central Tokyo, plus Narita and Haneda airports. Other areas on request.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start time for a full refund. Within 48 hours, 50% applies; no-shows are charged in full. Weather-related changes to Mt. Fuji itineraries are always rearranged free of charge.
Accessibility
Our vehicles are private and door-to-door, with space for folding wheelchairs and walkers. Child seats are available on request at no extra cost. Tell us about mobility, hearing, dietary, or sensory needs and we will plan a comfortable pace.
